Denny or whoever is running the Blog contest, what is up with the Blog points, they seem to be fluctuating eratically, yesterday someone had over 100,000 points but today its back down to the top two with about 80000 points? How are the points being tracked?

Hi Ashley,
I will tell you how the calculation is done by the software.
The points are calculated on the basis of the votes to the individual blog. Someone giving a positive vote to your blog will credit your account with his points. On the other side, if someone votes negatively, your blog will lose points.
Since this is a contest, variations will happen because everyone wants to be at the top. To stay at the top, you have to get maximum votes from the members. For this, your blog content is important because it will pull others attentions.
If anyone has any queries, please let me know. I see blog has started doing well. Good participation took place in the past few days. This is a contest guys, you know what happens and the rewards with it. Members who don’t have a blog yet, submit one. You are missing something not doing so.
