Go to Internet Options under your Tools menu and click on advanced then scroll down to browsing options and see if "reuse windows" is checked if not, chek it and close

getfirefox.com 'Nuf said.

I run Firefox with Adblock, FasterFox, Video Downloader and Forecast Fox (plus a couple other add ons). Firefox has everything IE7 has - it has just had it for over 3 years longer. And with the extensions, you can tweak your Fox more than IE7.

If you haven't tried it, download it and give it a try. Granted, I do have to go back to IE6 once in a great while, because of Active X pages, but I can surf the net with a lot of safety and security, and without looking at advertisements or pop-ups.
