I hear you!
It is bad when someone wants to hit people when they are already broke. Someone going through hard times in debts and later marriage, sees no hope. At this point, bankruptcy doesn't look nice unless there is any chance of seeing his situation improving. Well, not to forget the advertisers are doing business, so they will see their profit first. Someone who has no money of paying his debts, how will s/he be able to cover the cost of filing bankruptcy? Food for thought!!

I agree with you about there being leechs and going into public records. About 2 years I got a speeding ticket, I was driving too fast. Next thing I know in the mail, I get an ad for this lawyer asking to represent in court.
I paid my fine. Next year the ticket is off my insurance.
I am sometimes surprized in the mail when I get mail in my former married name. I do not answer mail nor phone calls under that name.
Have a Prosperous New Year.
