Just to let you all know that all Federal offices are closed on Tuesday which includes the Postal service and banks because of President Ford's death/funeral. So next week is a two day bank holiday, Mon & Tues

And my kid is bummed because we got a pre-recorded phone call from the school superintendant, saying since there's been no word from Gov. Arnie Schwarzenegger, school's happenin' as usual in my town on Tuesday! I told her, geez, the man broke his leg over the holidays, and is getting ready for his inauguration, so it probably slipped his mind, lol!! (As usual, my kid didn't read the book assigned for English class and was hoping for a free day Crying or Very sad
