Hi my name is Willie Clark I am about to remodel a house so I can rent it out to low income people. I am accepting cash donations that will go toward the remodeling project. I don't care how much you give because every dime helps. This will show America that we still care! Whoever helps out I will send them a thank you card telling you thank you for helping out the community! I will also send you pictures of the house before it was remodeled and after it has been remodeled. Please help me out I will really be thankful about this!!

I think that your intentions may be good, however people are leary of handing over money to complete strangers, how can you be held accountable. You may want to put your efforts towards non profits with a 501(c)3, such as habitat for humanity. If you are truly in it to help people out, donate the home to habitat. You end up being the landlord here, which means money in your pocket. Your intention may be good, however you will end up the winner in the end, not the low income family. Look into habitat for humanity, donate the house and get a good tax break, and a good feeling that you done something that will actually help out a low income family, getting them a home they can call their own. Tell you what - how about you email me about how you are in charge of 48.7million dollars from the 3rd Prince of the Paholo Territory in Nigeria who just died in an automobile accident and that you need help getting it out of the country before the evil ruling party finds out and that you would like to enlist my help so in return you can offer me 15% of the money and all other fees repaid?
When I get that email, I'll just take 10% and you can use the other 5% to build that house.

Well, he stole my idea. I was going to post that I am going to purchase a new van so I can transport the disabled to their appointments and to visit their loved ones. Oh, and I was going to prepare hot meals and use the van to transport the meals to shut ins.
