If at all possible take your money out of this bank and put it into a REAL American bank, one that has the best interest of TRUE American citizens at heart. Those of us who are trying to establish credit and get on our feet run into walls on a daily basis but a fool from Mexico can cross over the border via the Rio Grande, walk into a BOA, ask for credit and get it, thats not right!

i told people bank america is no good and is not
bad became give credit cards to illegal people.
i feel very sorry for illegal people because bank
america wants to make illegal money fast.illegal people cannot complaint against any money take
from their accounts because they are illegal people.
bank america make many illegal overdrafts to my
husband that is a citizen of a usa.imagine what
bank america is doing with illegal people.poor
illegal people.they are people like us.

My fiance is hispanic and he has got several applications from BOA. I have had bad experiences with them, so don't ya bet that his go in the trash. Laughing

Just be aware - Bank of America has been changing many of it's policies lately. They also now allow people to open accounts regardless of thier chexsystems history. From what I read above I'd say they are giving anyone and everyone an account or credit card, regardless of where you legally live . . . .

filing cabinet. I recently went to their bank cause I was in a slight bind for money and was working out of state. My credit and income are both verifiable. They told me they don't do signature loans, only home equity line of credit or credit card. Like I am gonna trust them with my home equity or be dumb enough to take one of their high interest cards.

Told that young boy they are making a big mistake not doing sig. loans as there are a lot of people that have the means to pay them off.That's a lot of lost revenue.

I agree . . . . I'm only commenting on their willingness to give people second chances with bank accounts, and not requiring them to have some stupid "second chance" checking account with very limited features . . . . . They are stupid to not do signature loans . . . .

The only reason I do not close my acct with BOA is because I just ordered two boxes of checks and I refuse to take the loss but I will be watching their actions in the coming months

I personally have never had a problem with them but I do not like their actions. They were very good to me when I had my PDL problems, closed my acct without any questions. I have very nice people in the branch I use and I only use one. My mother complains about them because she opened her acct in WA state and apparently WA, CA and OR are on a completely different computer systen, so when she trys to transfer money to one of my brothers or my account it takea an act of congress

Since BOAand MBNA have merged their customer service and policies have went straight to the cra####.
They have starting playing the disappearing payment and bouncing apr's with a lot of their customers. I would not use them. I have 2 checking accounts. One is with a very small hometown bank that just recently moved out of the stoneage and got checkcards.The other is with a bigger bank but they only bank just in my state. The hometown bank doesn't have a bunch of loan programs but you can't beat it when everyone knows you personally. Need money,make phone call,pick up money and sign note. They also keep all of their accounts inhouse. One thing though about small banks and credit unions I should mention is pay your bills on time because they have a long memory. BOA can get stuffed because they will not see a dime of my money!

I admire your spirit, but we might as well boycott America as well; our Government does nothing to stop illegals from entering our country at all, California politicians grant Driver's Licenses to Illegals and also encourage them to vote; there's nothing we can do.

i dont think bank america is a serious bank with
a AMERICA NAME and nothing of any american dream for
illegal people.this is only a cover because bank america is a bad bank that make illegal things.

americans can go to washinghton mutual always and other better banks.i'm a citizen of usa and my husband too.my husband have been robbed with false
overdrafts and continue to be robbed for bank america.bank america is not reporting his payments
to credit bureaus.IS THIS a american bANK?NO.
i told some people that gets a lot of money to leave bank america and they did.
