Yep, and in my opinion, don't send the app back in. Once you get the card and call to have it activated, they will ask you to set up a post-dated payment for your first payment Mine is charged off right now due to not being able to make payments b/c of pdls. I'm paying a CA right now and with three more payments, I'll be done.

I have the CF MasterCard. Yes, they asked me to set up a post-dated check for the first payment, but I told them no and they were okay with it. I've had it since January and they have reported good payment history twice (Feb. and March) and my credit score has already gone up 10 points.
It may not be for everyone -- there is a lot of debt to pay back from the get-go with all the fees, but from what I understand there are regular credit line increases and after a few years of good payment history you don't have a monthly service charge anymore. (I'm biding my time for that one.)
My credit is really in the trash so that 10 point increase is cause for celebration. I would recommend it because of my good experience with it.

Who are they, I never heard of them. Are they high interest or something that they want a post dated check? How could they do a check, when they don't know what your balance will be?

Here's a site that has information about them and their program. cfccard(dot)com
Its a card for establishing or re-establishing credit. Just make sure you read EVERYTHING completely before applying. There are a lot of up-front fees (like a lot of cards for people with bad or no credit) but their program seems reasonable so far. And they do for sure report to the credit bureaus.
