Well, today was my first day at my new job. It went really well. I was a little nervous at first but everyone is so nice there. It is so different from my old job. There is a lot to learn but I think I managed to learn something on my first day. There is a lot that makes no sense to me right now but I know that will change in time. This is truly the right job for me though. I will be working five days per week while I am in training over the next three to four weeks. I have a little studying to do and then off to bed. I have to get used to getting up on a regular basis again.

I'm glad it went well for you!
Change is always tough..I hate it!
It sounds like you're going to be very happy there.

I'm happy for you Mishele I know what you mean about getting up on a regular basis. I used to work second shift hours for 3 years, and then when I was moved to day shift, it took me about a month to get used to getting up early. The time I get up now for day shift is the time I would actually go to bed when I was on second shift.

Glad to hear it went well for you. I know it is hard to get up earlier than usual. Heck getting up at 4 A.M. is very hard for me even though I have been doing it for almost 3 years lol. I still take a little nap after hubby leaves for his second job and before the kids get home from school lol. Keep up the good work Mishele!!!

Mishele, I'm so glad your first job went well. And isn't it a great feeling when you finally find a job you know is for you? Congratulations! As far as things not making sense, it'll be like pieces of a puzzle falling into place. Eventually, it'll all make sense. Good luck!

YAY Mishele! I'm glad it went well.
I know what you mean about things not making sense...I can now do an airline ticket exchange without someone holding my hand, but it still doesn't make sense..I just have to know that EZEI#*/123453445X*1234/OB$250.00XUS35.00XZP3.40XXT25.75/O$MC/OIOMW0756 06813MAR07#*R#N1.1 can exchange a ticket. Scary.

I am so happy for you - don't you just love it when you walk into a place and it feels like home?

Congrats again, Mishele - I'm SO happy for you. Soon it will all be "old hat" and you'll be trucking along in that job.

Won't that route them thru ORD w/ a 20min l/o, then a jump to IKB with a tnfr to a 74L, and finish the leg to MCO?
