Okay, I'm tired of all the squabbling, backbiting, and fighting. Enough is enough. I don't think I'm the only one who feels this way. Now, I've read a lot of posts where we should get the forum back to where it was. Here is my suggestion : Let's work together to make it better than ever Very Happy

When I first came here, people were really supportive of each other. Over the past few months, this seems to have evaporated. Yes, there have always been those who came on here to cause trouble. I would say the majority of the people here are seeking help and truly want help. I would also say they want to help others by sharing their own suggestions and experiences.

Let's stop saying things like you are wrong. I'm so tired of the BS. Life is too short for this crap. I've really been struggling to stay around here for the past couple of months. I almost left a couple of times. I have been very busy lately so my time on here has been limited. But I don't want to keep coming back to this type of childish behavior. I've done it myself and it's inexcusable. Let's stop focusing on the negative and concentrate on the positive. We can't forget the purpose of this forum.

I do so agree with you.We are a group of people who have a wide variety of egos,patience levels,and control of temperment.We need to pull together to get back to why we are here.I admit I get unruly at times,usually when someone tries to take a swipe at me. There should be no reason for members or moderators to be bickering on the forum.If you truely have a problem with a person,pm Mike and ask him to mediate between the two of you in private.

I'm with you, Mishele - the main reason I haven't posted much lately is because of all the drama going on. I seem to have a talent for ticking some people off, so I've just chosen to post very carefully.

I'm going to add a note about something that happened the other day between myself and my ex. He called to question an old doctor bill (approximately 10 years old) that was showing up on his credit report. This bill was something that was included in our divorce decree as being my responsibility, not his. Because of the excellent advice and information I have found on this site since I joined last year, I was able to advise him to dispute the listing on his credit report. I wouldn't have known to do that before I came here.

AMEN!! There have been so many hurt feelings lately, and it really upsets me. In order to make this place right again, it's going to take all of us. I for one am sick and tired of people leaving. We can't lose anyone else.

I agree with all of you. No one should have to be afraid to post for fear of being attacked for it. We're all here to help each other and build each other up, not tear each other apart. I am all for more unity on this forum.

I am all for unity too!!! And I am talking about people that have been here for years, months, weeks....we should all be on the same team. I care a great bit about this forum and want so much to be a part of it and I know that others do too.

I agree Sassnlucy, all have to be on the same team. I can't read through every post (lack of time), but members should stick together, not squabble amongst themselves. I've no problem with someone correcting my posts. It is a learning experience for me.

UNITED WE STAND!!!! Its About Time. LOL I for one do not want to lose anybody else. There are so many people out there that need help. Think about something twenty years ago many people would not have had this choice. Internet use was not widely used then and so many people would have just satayed in the dark. I agree...the internet is a wonderful tool. I know that if I had not found this forum I would probably have lost my house or been on the way to losing it, along with my cars,my husband, and everything else. There are so many people out there that come here for help that don't know that they actually have rights. We all need to band together and be a team. Smile

I totally agree - it seemed like right after I joined, I saw things kinda falling apart. It made me sad, because I had found someplace to learn and meet new people. I think we all have a place here, I know that I may not have experience with some things, but even to add an opinion (nicely) or perhaps some advice...I know I have looked for that in some of my posts, maybe not a specific answer but "hey what would you do?" this board is for all of us and we all need to work to keep it so..kinda like family - I mean who doesn't have some dysfuntion in their family right? lol So.... I'll start "Hello to all my new friends, let me know if I can help or just listen"

dalfire-hi! That is the kind of spirit that we need here and I think that we should all have. None of us have all the answers and shouldn't pretend to. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to! Hope to get to talk to you on the forums! It makes me sad to see things taking a turn for the worse but I think if everyone works together this can be a wonderful place to be!!

Well okie dokie...I am back....still have a little jet lag...but I completely agree. This is a fantastic place.....in just a few short weeks you can't begin to imagine what it has come to mean to me and just how very much I have been helped. Many times I have either been so desperate that I was actually in tears or at the very least on the verge of tears and you guys have come to my aid! I actually got something accomplished today through advice that I have recieved in this forum. I think we all just get a little stressed sometimes too, and, maybe for some that aren't in as bad of shape as some of us have a hard time understanding exactly how even a snappy little question is just simply the last little straw to break the camel's back...so to speak. many times when I have come for help I have just once again been chewed out and yelled at by a CA....causing me to sometimes actually over-medicate to keep from breaking down and having yet 1 more ER visit. I for one pledge from this point on to do my able best to try to understand everyone's point of view....even if it does hurt...because I know that they truly do not understand the pressure some of us are under! So let's go for it....and be happy...afterall, they can't eat us Laughing
