Is it legal for a prostitute to charge double her rate at night as opposed to the daytime rate? I am thinking of sending her a letter of validation, to have her show me the legal amount.

It depends on what state you are in. Which would be? Not all prostitutes are going to claim their earnings on their taxes, so it would always be wise to check the filing status of your potential prostitute before engaging in any business with her. And you must always make sure her pimp isn't bigger than you.

And to answer your question about doubling the evening rate. I would consider that the reasoning behind that would be "Hazard Pay", much more dangerous to be out hooking at night.

You can only ask for a letter of validation if you can prove that you didn't get what you paid for or you got what you paid for and something else along with it. Then you might be able to sue for collateral damage.

Maybe she double charged because if she didnt it wouldnt have been worth her time...I hear they charge by the hour.....

We'll never know, because what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. At least Nevada is the only state where prostitution is legal that I know of.

I wonder if Nevada requires them to carry some type of liability insurance. Just in case. (Spreading of communicable diseases, at least she would be covered and he would be covered if it was transmitted from her to him). Or if some other type of injury ocurs during the course of the business transaction.

Probably is some sort of insurance. From a program I saw on TV, the girls have to carry health cards, and be examined once a month.

I'm sure they have lunch time specials and group rate specials as well. It only makes sense. The type of coverage I was thinking of was more along the lines of liability coverage in case somebody were to get hurt in the course of the business transaction. Would they be bonded? Or do they like to be bonded? Or both?
