I recently watched a documentary about the debt crisis in America and I highly recommend it.

Is this the documentary which was aired quite some time ago on PBS? They interviewed the man ("on condition that we don't say where he lives") who came up with the brilliant ideas for credit cards such as 0% interest for x-number of months, etc? And South Dakota welcomed credit card comapnies with ridiculously lax usury laws? S. Dakota and that man are responsible for 90% of the posts on this forum.
