When I made a post, it says my debtcc points are 3256 but when i clicked on encash debtcc points, it tells me i only have 256 points. Can someone please explain what happened to the 3000 points that are showing? thank you.

I know that last year I requested those 3000 points to be sent to me but I never received it.

Have you cashed in any points prior to this? If so, it's deducted from the original amount, I think. My points display a larger amount then I actually have because I have cashed in some of them before. Smile

I requested the cash last year but never received it. How long does it take to receive the cash?

Sounds like you need to PM the Admin, Jason is Customer Care Service, I would send him a PM if I were you.

Shazz, thanks for your help. I just pm'd Mike and now I will pm Jason. I see the thread but I dont recall receiving the money and wonder where it went.
