I found this Ad posted on Craigslist as I was looking for more info on this company having been contacted by countless ex-clients of theirs who were shafted. This ad is screaming BOTTOM FEEDER SCUM!!! I bet he"s watched "boiler room" 100 times. LOSER!

FDRS is run by a lightweight named Mark Cella who refers to himself as an economist...lol. In reality Cella runs a boiler room of sales degenerates who are basically told to "say anything" to con the poor consumer out of 30% of their entire debt in return for sending out his garbage dispute letters!

So lets say you have $30,000 in total CC debt.......FDRS and Mark Cella will then ask you for $10,000 spread out over 18 months with the first 2 payments being weighted more heavily equalling 6% of your total debt in your first 2 payments or $1800. Cella is a scumbag so he knows that most of his customers will drop out of the program because it is BS so obviously he wants to pocket as much of the consumers cash early before they realize that FDRS is BS!

FDRS and Mark Cella offer virtually nothing of value to the consumer, they are not attorneys, they are not accountants, they are a bunch of young buffoons victimizing consumers!

Thanks Polpot. I have been preaching this for quite a while. The debt termination industry in general is baloney and will only get you sued.

you guys are right! big scam, boiler room, degenerates, told to say anything, etc., etc. I wanted to believe them so much, but it's just a poorly run boiler room preying on American citizens with hardships. They have a clever sales pitch/script that the sales people have to follow word for word or they get in sooooo much trouble. Part of the script is "My word is my bond"....LOL! it's really awful how they treat their clients AND their employees. When you leave FDRS (if you are an employee) you get charged $20 per day for using their phone to sell their service AND you don't get your final pay!!!

My motivation for posting is not to bring down FDRS (although that would be good) it's to help save countless American citizen's from falling for this load of Crap!

FDRS are total scammers and make me sick! They took over $5,000 from me and I am still paying off my debt on my own. They lie and are worthless. I cannot believe I fell for it and I cancelled and they suckered me back in and I am not a dumb person. I however, now, feel like the dumbest person on earth. My biggest concern was my credit, I had a 700 and they totally screwed me over and I would love to figure out how to get even!

Does anyone know how to contact them? I wrote the AG of Cali and they received a reply from FDRS saying they will refund my money....that was written 3 weeks ago and I received the letter from the AG of Cali today...so where is the check/refund?

I worked at FDRS for 5 months. I was the #1 salesman in August and September of ___. I made buckets of money. I remember a friend of mine that was 19 who also worked there. He never made more than 10 an hour before FDRS. In 1 week he made $7,000.00. Part of me new this company was a scam, they had tons of clients and 1 lazy guy who did customer service. I was fired because I kept asking if the company was for real and why am I getting complaints. I had this client an elderly woman, she called me everyday, because of the stress she started smoking and drinking the owner is Mark Cella a little man who hires only hot chicks, if they don't put out for him he fires them. Lots people are after him, people he fired and did not pay. That runt owns me 4,000.00! He will get his I have a friend that knows were he lives. By the way HE STARTED A NEW COMPANY THAT DOES THE SAME THING HE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED HE PREYS ON PEOPLE WHO HIT ROCK BOTTOM HE STEALS FROM THE POOR. Plus I'm sure the IRS is after him he does not pay taxes.
