Steps to follow !

From Members Area click on Login

Give your old email address in the Email Address field

Then click on Request Username/Password Now button

You will get a NEW password by mail

Login with the new password

Now if you want to change your password again .. (Optional)

Once you log in ( with the new password)

Go to Edit Profile (Member Area)

Click on Edit Email & Password button

Change it as per your requirement

This is Sassnlucy.....I never received the new password. I requested it twice.....also sent you an email Jason.

Did you give your email address and then clicked on Request Username/Password Now button?
If the answer is yes and you still didn't receive any mail from us then please check your spam box once. It might have gone to your spam box.

You will First get a mail titled "Your login details for Debt Consolidation Forums"

From here click on the link below where it says..

To reset your password, please visit the following page:
http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...=pwd&u=1356787 (note - you will get a different link- this is just an example)

On clicking - your password will be reset, and the new password will be emailed to you.

You will get this message "Your password has now been reset and emailed to you. Please check your mail.

The title of the Second mail will be "Your new password for Debt Consolidation Forums"

Check your mail inbox again (if not there check spam box)

Then login to debtcc forums with the new password.

Once you logged in you can change the new password from Edit Profile section. (If you wish)

Please follow the above mentioned steps and check if you missed anything.

Sass let us know if your log in issue is fixed. Bossy has made it. She too had similar problems.

I have tried several times to request my password and I get no email notification in my inbox or my spam folder.
