Congrats to all the new HOF, mods. and happy birthday to all that I have missed while I was gone.
I need to explain to you all why I was gone, most of you know that I was busy earlier this spring. Well all went great until a couple months ago. Again most of you know that I was having problems with headaches. Well after going through tons of tests last week, we found out what is causing them. First of all I was getting tension AND migrains at the same time. Thats why they were so bad. But what brought me to the doc. this time was my blood pressure spiked to 178/120 not good for someone who has a family history of strokes. I was scared to death. But tests found out that at some point in time I had damaged 2 of the vertebrates in my neck (when I was 12 and didn't know it lol) now it is coming back to bite me in the you know where. As of right now they have me on meds. some are better than the pain killers I had before. I have to go to therapy to get rid of the tension in my neck and to control my blood pressure before they can even tell me a plan they have to help me. So that isn't helping the stress much lol. I haven't worked but 3 days in the last month because of this. Hubby has been a godsend through all of this. He didn't even get mad once because I haven't been working. I have made arrangements with most of my creditors and they have been great. So please don't worry, so far things are going ok and at least we know what is the main cause of all of this.
There was never a day when most of you were not in my thoughts. I have missed this place. Plus I think my computer has missed the attention also lol.
I will keep you updated on what is going to happen.

Puddle, I am so sorry you are still not feeling well. I am happy to hear you know the problem and are working toward a solution. I have really missed seeing you. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so glad that you were able to find out why you were having the headaches. I sincerely hope things continue to get better for you.
Just a little fyi....I don't care what is said, it seems one can never get away from stress. LOL I constantly try and the more I try not to stress out, the more stressed out I get trying not to be stressed out.  Hang in there and take care of yourself.

Thank you  I am dealing with this fairly good. Just getting tired of filling out paperwork for our loans so those payments will be made while I am off. Plus getting my short term disability pay from work (don't know when that will start) But I also found out from the credit union that as long as I am on light duty work (If work has a job that I can do,still waiting on that) the payments will be made for us also Heck I think I will be doing better while I am not working than working lol.
Gotta run, going to check and see if my sister really left Key West like she was supposed to. She is worried because she just got done remodling her house  and now Ike comes along. Keep your fingers crossed that they don't get hit too bad. She just bought me a new laptop because my other computer took a dump on me and now after doing something nice this happens to her 
Will update you all on everything as I find out. Going to therapy this afternoon

Well it turns out that work does not have anything I can do while I am on restrictions. Thats a good thing.
My sister faired pretty well through Ike She has her cable back and was able to finally e-mail me some pics. of the wind and rain the Keys got from Ike. She got to go back to work today.

Went back to the Dr. again today and she took me completely off of work until the end of Oct.  Which is a good thing seeing as my blood pressure still isn't too good. But I also found out that my disability checks will start being deposited tomorow in my checking account Still have to go to therapy though. But thats ok. So you will still see more of me for a least another month
