I am kind of glad that I have been busy and not feeling good this week because I missed all of the mess that is going on here. I just wanted to tell you all that with being sick and a busy week coming up next week my time here will be cut short. But I will try and check in now and then if I am able. I am just going to hope that by the time I get back (in about a week) things will have settled down and gotten back to normal.

We need to remember what brought us all here and why we have stayed. From what I remember it wasn't to fight with each other, it was to help each other. Just like I tell my kids all the time (and they quote me every time I start saying it lol) "talk and treat people the way you would like to be talked to and treated, even if you are angry, and think about what you are going to say and the tone you use, if you would not like to be talked to that way then find another way to say it."

I hope you all have a great weekend and week coming up. I am off for now.

But I need to get a handle on the health issues first, but you know darn well I cannot stay away too long lol. Heck I said I would probably be gone a week and it hasn't even been 24 hours Embarassed

lol You all take care and I am gonna rest all weekend plus hubby said no computer for me that I need to rest lol (he's at work right now thats why I am here Laughing

I did get some rest over the weekend Smile

Hubby took me to the cabin, I rest so much better there Smile

It was warm and sunny all weekend. I sat with my coffee on the deck watching the birds and the rabbits playing in the snow lol. How much more relaxing can you get. Then I got to feeling better, so hubby and I took a short trip on the snowmobiles. Then come Sunday morning I was sitting on the deck again and there was a bald eagle sitting in our front yard Shocked

I wish I would have gotten a pic. of it, but I was scared to move because I didn't want it to fly away. But when it did take off, man the power in those wings and the sound they made when he was taking off. I do feel better, still a little headache but MUCH better than it was. Still a little sore and tired, but I did go to work today. So I am still gonna take it a little easy this week. So if ya don't see me much you know I am sleeping and watching a movie hubby rented for me lol. He rented me snow buddies lol. Gonna watch it tomorrow:) I am such a sucker for animals and animal movies Embarassed

Glad to hear that you are doing better. That must have been awesome to see that eagle. My daugher and I were just talking about them yesturday. She said how cool it would be to see one. I will have to tell her you got to see it.

Up by our cabin they nest on the islands, their nests are HUGE. If I get the chance (and remember lol) I will get some pics. of them when we can get the boat back on the water and you can show your daughter. It was so cool to see it in our yard. One year while we were hunting we were driving down the road and one was one the side of the road by a hit deer. And when we drove past it was trying to fly away, but because they are so big it takes them some time before they can get high enough and it was flying at the same height as our passenger window (of course I didn't have my camera Mad

) I could have reached out my window and touched it. They have huge claws on their feet Shocked

It was awesome.

Now my son stayed home today because he has the flu Confused

I so hope I don't end up with that Mad
