I was feeling a little down this morning and as I was checking my e-mail I came across an e-mail I got from my DFI and this is what she said

Congrats, it sure feels nice to be recognized. This lady from the DFI might be very helpful. Tell her about the pdl companies with whom you are facing problems. She will be interested on doing the investigations for you.

Thats what I have been doing. I have been working VERY close with her on the internet lenders. Last night I saw that one of the PDL places sent me an e-mail telling me that if I get a new loan with them then I get a suprise gift (shafted lol) anyway they cannot solicet(sp) people in WI unless they are licensed. Because they consider e-mail the same as regular mail or phone contact. So I sent her that e-mail and she responded with that comment.
