Can Allied Interstate garnish wages for defaulted student loan and also received money from the Rehab Program wgucg was offered. I want to consolidate but since wages are garnished Allied Interstate says there is a Rehab Program to pay 9 payments, plus the garnishment and then they will send account to a new lender and I will then be able to consolidate. | |

They called me and then i disconnected in error, he called back and told me that he is filing legal charges against me. He mentioned two names of people I work with but not work for but they have higher positions and told them that I have committed fraud. Are they allowed to do this.He then asked me how much i could pay, i told him and he said that this was not acceptable. He then said that he would have my wages garnished for the full amount. | |
