All about mothers plain and fancy:
Some mothers are chic,some are quite plain
Some look like they have been left out all night in the rain!some are quite brillant,some not so smart
Some are all buisness some are all heart
They are distributed equally to all creeds and races and they can be found in the strangest places,
In an igloo a hut a house made of stone,in temperature climates and tropical zones,
They'll be under a house fixing a pipe or up in a tree when peaches are ripe,
Some are old ladies some are still girls, but in one way or another all mothers are pearls,
With on the job training they learn as they go things about children , things that change as they grow,
And when finally they learn:its time to let go of those babes they are just getting to know
Off to school a job or even a war, a mothers heart breaks when she opens that door,but she gives them a kiss to take on their way and reminds them a message will brighten her day, so remember your home and remember this poem and remember your mother wherever you roam,and if you dont have a mom handy to hug;hug someone it may make ther day.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! I hope that all the mother's and soon to be mother's are having a great day. Me, I have been cleaning all day and even made part of my dinner for tonight. Oh well....

I got two teflon frying pans and the teen-ager took me to brunch with her money made while working at childcare! Very sweet.

My daughter got me the card like is advertised on TV that sings "I Feel Good!" Plus she ran me a hot tub of water and got me a glass of tea so I could take a hot bath. Was nice.
