Speed Racer?

OK, I have to ask. Is anyone going to see Speed Racer this Friday?

I used to like the cartoon in my younger days, and from what I've seen of the movie it really looks "visually" interesting. Of course, couldn't expect anything less from the Wachowski brothers. I just hope the visuals aren't there to cover up everything else that sucks. Still, they haven't let me down so far.

I hope I'm not the only adult "kid" in the audience, though.

I love movies but I will be skipping out it unless it gets rave reviews by the Yahoo User, my husband doesn't want to go see it. I'll prob go see What Happens in Vegas this weekend along with Baby Momma.

Upcomming movies I am looking forward to-
The Chronicals of Narnia
Indiana (for some reason I can't put in j*ones)
The Happening
Incredible Hulk
Wanted
The Dark Knight
Quarantine
Chaos Theory
Blindness
The House Bunny
Henry Poole Is Here

Looking forward to seeing The Dark Knight. I will pass on Speed Racer, although I loved the cartoon.

From the previews it looks like a video game.

LOL!

Maybe I'll wait for the DVD then.

I am really looking forwad to The Dark Knight, though! Huge Batman fan and can't wait to see Heath Ledger's (what a shame he's dead) take on The Joker! I just think it's going to be extremely hard to beat Nicholson's version.

Oh, I will also be there opening day for Indiana J0nes! Been a big fan of those movies for years too. Well, maybe not so much the second one.

Yeah, it doesn't like "J0noes" either. I didn't know that was considered profanity?
