                                    <description><![CDATA[I had a dispute over an old negative item with a collection agency. We negotiated a 50% settlement, and they sent me a faxed letter stating that the account was settled in full. Also, in this letter, they agreed to delete this item from the credit bureaus. Time passes. These items are still on my credit report. I am not sure how to proceed. But, I do have the fax as proof. What should I do next to get this removed?
