bill payer	your not too bright, they dont buy accounts therefore they dont sell them, they dont add the fees the original creditor does, the fees are added cause you refused to pay the bill.
whirlypops	How long do i have until checksmart and express try to take me to court? My checks to them were returned by my bank two weeks ago and they said that i have to have them paid by the end of this week, or it will go to collections, and that i am not allowed to make payments, i have to have the entire amount. So if it goes to collections, what happens next?
Guest	Thanks for the posting about the law that hopefully will pass here in ohio. I currenty have 5 PDL's and in the process of defaulting on 3 of them because I can't afford anymore the high fee's living on a one income family with my wife having health problems! Thanks again!

scofield	I am currently dealing with checksmart and all they have done is call and call. They said they was taking me to Franklin County for non-payment but have not so I dont know what is going on if you have any questions call me Tony 614 622 1497
