I have three payday loans outstanding
Payday USA $300- PD $270 so far
Payday One $1000 payment due this month of $406
Ameriloan $200 Payment due this month of $60
I live in Illinois and my net income is $1868 per month
How can I find out if these stores are licensed and the maximum they can charge me per month?

I would type the name of the companies in the search box at the top of the page, adn see what comes up. You could try to read through some of the threads and you may find all your answers there...if not, hopefully someone will be along to try and help you get started in this proces...

I am not sure of the laws governing your PDLs so I would defer to someone who is more has more experience with that. I will tell you though that Intercept EFT processes for Ameriloan and they use Bremer Bank as their insitution. I would suggest reading the sticky at the top of the forum page to see how that process works. It worked for me, pretty quickly in fact, and it has worked for others. I also feel that it is an important piece of the puzzle in stopping this insanity. Keep us posted.

Sorry angie, I haven't so I don't know how they operate, well that's not all true, PDLs all operate basically the same. Hopefully someone will be along shortly to help you with getting started. Hang in there.
