Sorry I have been away for so long. That really was not my intention. There have been a lot of changes recently at my job and I can no longer be on here during the day. In the evening I am taking 22 credit hours so I can finish my degree and get the hell out of this place and get a real job......I have also been having major problems with my teenager. To top it all off, if you have seen the news about severe flooding and if you know what state I live in, that is my town. Luckily my home and family is safe but many others are not so fortunate. I have a lot of friends that are homeless and staying in shelters, my 77 year old mother-in-law's basement is completely flooded, etc. I have just not had time to be on here much at all. Whenever the boss steps out I try to find a second to pop in and make a random comment in the pub or on home pages. I just wanted to let you all know that I still love everyone, and debtcc and once things calm down hopefully I will be able to be on the site more. I have not forgotten any of you!!!

That is right family does come first. I am sorry to hear about the flooding. I know that is an awful mess.  Good luck to you. You are in our thoughts. I wondered what had happened to you. Glad that you are okay.

Sass, I can definitely feel where you are coming from. I recently went through my 17 year old moving to Florida to live with his grandparents due to some school attendance issues (TN sends parent to jail if your child misses too much school). Last year I had to go to court and he failed AGAIN so we were looking at a Junior in high school that only had 10 credits so far. It was just better for him and us at this point. Also, the work thing, I am in the same boat, we can be FIRED for using the internet during hours that they are paying us for, so, no more internet at work!!!! took on a part time job on the day I am off from my 4 day job and then when I get home, I am taking 12 credit hours of online school for my Associated in Administration Management and that is time consuming as well. I TOTALLY GET WHERE YOU ARE COMING FROM.
I am in the same situation on here, a few odd comments on a topic here and there and I miss everyone!!!!! I will be back more, I hope, just trying to find time to fit it in. It stinks, but, it will make our future better hopefully!

Sass- I have missed you, but fully understand!!
I know too well about flooding- we have that problem here too. In the past we have lost one home, and been floooded out twice in this one- it's a nasty mess!!
You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers!!
Know too well about kid problems too!! Mune are grown now, and it is a whole new set of problems! If you need to talk, I'm here..Take care..KAren
