Hello- I have been doing this on my own. I am up to date with all my creditors and have no negatives on my credit history, but when I looked into debt solutions companies, almost all of them wanted me to stop paying my creditors for a couple of months before they stepped in to negotiate. I felt that at the time, it just wasn't for me and that I should try paying down my debt myself, first. | |

First off, don't be embarrassed, OK? We have some people here who started with 20. I would definately provide a list of them, with how much the loan was for and how much you have actually paid on it with rollovers. Also, it helps to know if it was an internet or storefront PDL. And I can't say whether they will stop debiting or not. What you are probably going to have to do is close you bank account and get a new one. | |
