Hi scotch. Hope you're still on this site. I was browing the site on United Cash Loans. So if I took out a loan from them in March 2008 for $300, paid them $90, I don't even owe them the principal of $210? I am a resident of Oregon. I did close my bank account so they couldn't ebit me anymore. It's really weird, because when I called them to look up my account, they said they couldn't find it and to call back during the day. They tried calling me a couple times to collect, but I told them the loan was null and void and that I only owed them the principal. | |

please help me my husband is screaming at me for a loan i know nothing about yes its my fault because for months i didnt pay attention to our bank records so anything could have gotten passed me but i know i did not sign anything in his name even electronically and there saying they sent me a million emails and i recieved none now there calling him at work and telling him i live some double life and that were gonna go to jail but when i called the number they gave him she said she never said any of that what do i do im scared please help me get geneva roth off our back we have no money for lawyers i dont know what to do... i saw ur post and thought u could mabey help me sort it out please i am so desperate...my email is kindreddragon1@att.net and my address is 1875 anne ln. apt. b morris illinois 60450 please thank you | |

Scotch, i read that you are from texas and got the letter from oklahoma about MTE financial. i have tried to call the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner Address: 2601 N. Lamar Blvd. Austin TX 78705 Phone: (512) 936-7600 and they said that i had to go by the laws that the ipdl is in. Can you tell me who you talked to get the complaint over to OK? They said that they couldnt do anything, that i would have to do it. do you think that it matters if i go through texas or go straight to OK to file my complaint? | |

we got a loan then tried to pay it off but could never reach a human to talk to they just kept taking and taking put a stop payment and now some co. called pdm 1-816-423-5796 keeps calling like were the bad guys theres more but i'm sick of this bunch of rip off loan co. | |
