Can anyone tell me where I can find the above info? Am I correct in assuming they would apply to credit cards?? When I first joined this site I was in the payday loan trap & now have that taken care of. I have a credit card w/ CreditOne Bank (formerly FNBMarin)that is just so ridiculous I desperately need help w/.

Check when you last paid on the account. The SOL applicable in your state will be calculated from that period. It gets renewed with each payment towards the account. SOL runs out after 5 years in Missouri.
