And then they'll try and say it doesn't pertain to them because they are offshore. What would they say if a US company tried lending overseas?? Interesting...

hey k prince, first off sorry you are going throught this as well but here goes, come to find out gfs is also known as gfsil, interim cash, cash limited today, and rovinge they have been duble debiting my account under 2 names gfs and rovinge I have put a unauthorized debit on my account, to stop any future payments and I only had one deposit mot 2 they are just debiting under different names. the number for gfs is 8772803359 when it comes out as a debit for rovinge there is not contact information even my bank tried to track it down and couldn't so inform your bank of this companys other known names and monitor it closely some have had to close there account all together I have just caught on to what was happening so I am not that far yet I am just going to see if the bank can handle it from their end seeing that this is illegal. good luck, i think we have all been taken for a ride.

Since I filed a claim with the BBB of Nevada back in Apr/May these freaks have been calling me to find out how to settle this harrasment claim, and bad collecting practices claim that I filed. Before I did that you could not get a answer from anyone there. So obiviously something is working right...and I hope they shut them down. I let them sweat it out for a while as they were being so polite.......please call us type of thing. So FINALLY they are clearing my account to ZERO. I never want to hear from these scabs again. So DO NOT give up folks!!!!

Most of these payday loan companies is the same company. They just masquerade under different names to lure people in. I have been dealing with them long enough now to know the frauds from the legit ones. Most of the time, there websites looke the same. The names are just different. I currently have a loan with GFSIL. They are crooks. I had to close my account to prevent NSF fees. I'm waiting for them to start calling me with threatending collection tactics. And yes, they and ICS are the same company with the same employees. The numbers are even similar besides a few digits.

text Let me get this straight! When you take out a loan for $200, you have to paid $280. Now if you opt out to pay the processing fee which is $80, which still leave you with a balance of $200 plus, $80 when time to the pay the loan off the next payday loan. Right? now from what I understand they take more? Let me know

I have never had a loan or cash advance from any of these places, but all 3 are deducting payments from my account.
My bank told me that all 3 have the same banking id information. When I called the numbers the bank gave me for them, they claim they deposited money in my account, but could not give me the date funds were deposited to my account. Be careful dealing with these places. |

I know this doesn't much go along with what everyone here is saying, but we have had 3 pay day loans with gfsil in the past and have had very good luck with them. Yes I know they have a VERY high interest rate, but I knew that when I applied. The money was deposited into my bank acct the very next day. The money to pay back the loan was only taken out on the day it was supposed to every time. When I did not have the money in my account, I just called them and told them and they were very easy to work with. Hard to understand being from the UK, but enough to get my point across. When I called 3 days in advance to pay off the loan in full, it was paid in full on the date I had specified. I have had a few pay day loans and I have gone back to gfsil because with each new loan, the fees are less and less. I am located in MN, maybe it depends on your state's laws as to how they operate...not saying it's right.

Thank you for your comments. Every one has different experiences. We howevere have found that pdls are not the answer.
