GFSIL Payday loan company - real people discussing

Fraud....cancel if you have started a loan already!!!!!

I was recently sent an email by GFSIL regarding a loan I did not apply for. I did some searching into the company based on the information I have seen on this site and discovered a few things.

1) The address listed here for GFSIL is actually for a company called Corporate Office Services, INC. This is a shell company which has had 1551 various buisness entities for which it has operated as the Resident Agent for.

When looking at the companies it will tell you who the officers are as well as the day to day managers.

If you have a name of a manager you may be able to match it against on of the companies which have gone under due to complaints and or charges against them just to start up under a new buisness name.

Ok 18008653898 is the number to ICS, 18772803359 is the number to GFSIL, but on my bankstatement the number is a 775# and when i call the 775$ i get the number to ICS, the first time i called ICS's# they took my payment so the next time i called it was Sir you have the worng number we dont have your account, so why did last week you process my account she said the 800's got mixed up and i had relay called GFSIL,, I was like WTF ever lady hard time with this crowd, i cant wait till they are paid off

I am trying to pay off pay day loans as well. One is through GFSIL. have tried to contact them and have gotten no response. Are the even worth messing with. Do I need to worry about paying them ogg. i have paid them $280.00 on a 4200.00 loan.

This is a fraudulent company have them contact you in writing only and place an ach freeze on your checking or savings accounts> and place fraud alerts on your credit report. Contact your local fbi field office and give factual info from start to until now. You are not alone.

these guys are really BIG crooks. i have taken out a loan through them and they wouldnt stop taking money out of my account. i then closed my checking account and now they wont stop calling me at work. they threaten me and tell me im going to goto jail. i did some research and have contacted barbara buckley in nevada. she is in politics and helped pass a new law in nevada for consumers against these companies. you guys need to e mail her and let her know about your issues with this company.

Did they make it difficult for you to contact them to payoff the loan and just continuously roll over your loan?

It sounds like if you try to call them they don't respond. From what people are saying from their experiences they jump on you from the moment you default. How much have you paid them back so far, I can't remember if you said.

I have a loan with these people also and it wasn't until I got all my info together for settlement that I figured out that on a loan for 200.00 over an 18 week period I have paid over 1000.00!!
