moneyworld lending is trying to make a settlement with me they will use the 200.00+ dollars that I over paid and debit my account for 95.00 and we will be even! I asked them if they were insane and told them never - send me the overage and mark me paid in full. Waiting for a reply.

Update: Moneyworld lending says that even after I told them not to try to debit my account that they did any way that IOWE THEM FOR A RETURNED CHECK!! When Cows fly!! I replied that they owed me the fees from my bankplus the $200.00 in over payment. They also told me that Ohio laws did not apply to them. In my reply - I informed moneywolrd that I was sure that the ag in Ohio would love to see how companies break the laws here, so I cc the ag's office with my reply.

Just got off the phon with "Bob" at gfsil. Last week if I paid $100.00 we would be even Today I have to pay$387.00 And he said that ag's don't have any "say" in what they do. Yah Right!! So I told him that I would be e-mailing the ag here in Ohiowhen we got off the phone, and gfsil owed me over $1000.00 and they will get nothing from me further.

irish, if you over paid them dont give them one more cent!!!! be tough because they will try to bully you.

i have the same problem with GFSIL they are trying to tell i owe them 880.00 which i do not i paid $120.00 so i offered to pay them what ever i owed based on my state laws and principal on the loan...when i metion the AG's office the guy said i'm not fron the legal dept so i'm only a collector (he was very nice actually) so i told him that the last "b%%#%" that called me was rude and even had the nerve to say they will call the police to have my children taken away, he was very apologetic on behalf of his company.

so i agree to pay them 200 only if they send me an email with their moneygram info and a statement that said i will marked PIF and of course they havent send the email just like the last time they say they were....if they dont want their money fine with me!!!

Drowning dont pay for moneygram either. MJake them give you an address to send a money order to. If they want their money bad enough they will. I would like to have the money I spent on moneygrams and western unions. KYSIDE38

i get a call today from their investigations Department, the firts thing i said was didnt i talk to you guys yesterday and you agree to send e an email???
so he tells me that i havent anwser their calls in weeks and they have left me messages everyday and i have been nonresponsive. so of course i was like yeah okay you guys are full of it i talk to someone there yesterday and made an agreement.

these guys are so stupid and the collectors are getting tired of callin people so they are putting L/M in the system to make believe they called LOL
