Internet's first get-out-of-debt community - 136,000 members

Need advise-Pinnon Management I was making arrangements with Pinnon on this loan and all of a sudden they went in my account and took 2 payments of 81.00 I did not authorize I closed my account and called them and told them I did not authorize these 2 payments he screamed at me on the phone saying yes I did I told him I authorized the ones in the past but not these he is calling me work every hour I sent Pinnon a debt validation letter. Any advise what I should do?

Raffi, you must file your complaints against Pinion Managements at the Attorney General office in your state. They are doing unauthorized debits from your account and this is illegal. Every loan company must have your written permission before making debits in the account.

Since you have closed the account, the loan company will be contacting you for payments. Ask them to show you the statements of previous payments before you send any money further.
