ok i have a loan with them and i need their phone number if anyone knows what i mean. they debit as rio resources i think but i can't find em on the net now. and i have to use a public library and dont have much time to search i can check back in about 2 or 3 days ifanyone knows what company i am talking about. thanks.

The phone number of Rio Resources is 804-687-3959. You will contact that company which is shown in your bank statement. If Rio is making the debits, you have to work out arrangements with them only. Go ahead and have a talk.

Yes, Rio must give you the details of your file as they are shown making the debits in your statement. If they fail to give the info, you need to take the help of your bank and dispute the debits done by them. The amount will be reverted back if your dispute is found correct.
