Can someone get me started in the right direction?

JVC Processing and OneClickCash have been taking $$$out of my bank account for months now (since April). For various reasons, I have been unable to deal with this until now. I have no recollection of dealing with JVC at all. They have taken a total of $525 so far and OneClick has taken $760.

At one time I did have a loan with OneClick for about $200.

I also owe CashToday for a $200 loan. They have taken a total of $237 out of my account.

My bank account is seriously overdrawn. I'm going to try to borrow some money from my parents to cover that. I a seriously thinking about closing the account at that point in order to stop the bleeding.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

You are headed in the right direction. Close your account asap. As far as JVC Processing, (aside from One Click and Cash Today) what other pdl's to you have. The name sounds familiar but they have so many names they go by. Can you also tell me what state ou live in? You have paid One Click way too much money!

Look what I just found at another post

The number to contact JVC Processing is 877-877-7734. Their bank is called First National Bank of Kansas and their phone number is 913-266-9000.

Thanks KittieKat. Those are the only PDLs I have (and I don't plan on having any more). I live in Pennsylvania.

well you living in PA is a good thing. You have usury laws protecting you from paying triple digit interest. We can't post internet addresses in threads so go to the google search bar and type in PA usury law and you will see you have overpaid alot of money.

here is PA's Usury payday loan law. There are not legal.

Legal Status: Prohibited
Citation:Check cashers are specifically prohibited from making payday loans under Check Cashing Licensing Act of 1998, § 505(a).
Otherwise, consumer discount company act applies. 7 Pa. Cons. Stat. Ann. § 6201 et seq.

Small Loan Rate Cap$9.50 per $100 per year discount or 24% per year
