Greetings,
I got a call from 000-000-0000 and 818-528-2304. I got no response from either. You know there should be a law that allows you to go to their home and punch these people EVERY DAY they call!

The 818 number called me today 3 times. When I called it back, I got the message saying it was disconnected. I then called the 814 number and was told that someone in my house applied for either student loan consolidation or a home equity loan. Funny... I'm not a student, and I dont own my house. I told them to take me off their list.

I get calls from the 000 and the 2304 number consistently, but the phone only ever rings once then they hang up...it's pretty annoying.

Yeah 1-000-000-0000 calls. As soon as I utter a sound it clicks off. Got the 818-528-2304 a couple times as well. I can't wait till I get a hold of these clowns, it'll make my week!

Same deal here, was getting calls from the all 0s number and now getting calls from the 2304 number! I have no student loans but have applied for auto loans recently. One of which was processed by citibank. It's really making me mad!

The people with the two numbers 818-528-2304 and the 000-000-0000 call me constantly on my cell phone. I went through their entire drill one day. Most times it is a person with or using an India type accent. They act totally stupid. Then they put a supervisor on the phone that acts as stupid as the last guy, but speaks a little bit better Engilsh or so it seems.

I would assume they are seeking SS Numbers, Bank Account Numbers and any other type of ID info they can obtain.

Not certain who or what they actually are, but I doubt if they are legitimate using the 000000000 Number Spoof on the Caller ID. That is typically the Automated Recording of a nice sounding American lady or man offering you 1. An Advance on your Debit Card, or 2. A Auto Loan. Once you press 1 on your phone you are connected to the Saturday Night Live cast.

For the first dozen or so calls, I got a kick out of the questions and how the caller acted as if he could not understand me. Hahahaha more like I could not understand him. Especially when I asked what the payments were on the $1,500 advance. He had no clue, but advised someone would call back to tell me. That never happened.

After 40 calls it has gotten pretty annoying to say the least.

I used to have student loan with citibank and now i have credit card with them, so they are behind everything. If anybody is complaining or doing anything against this number and citibank let me know to add my name to the list of complainer. If they call me one more time I am going to make a formal complain and terminate my account with citibank.

The area code, of this number is in Pennsylvania. I live in PA. I've never recieved calls from either of these numbers, but, if u call them back, and u are getting a busy signal, it's probably a number where it's a 'outgoing' calls only ( which means nobody can recieve 'incoming' calls from it. Mmmm....about one-quarter of PA is 814 area code. Hope this helps a bit.

I have never ever put my work number on any applications, surveys, student loans, etc. My work number is not even associated with my name. They call. I do not have Citibank anything, but I do have student loans. I'm sick of these calls all day long while I'm trying to work.
