hi
i have 2 payday loans i will not be able to payback on thier due date-8-3-06. my checking account is now $500 overdrawn and it will be closed since i cant pay that mony back either. i am on disability and only get $600 a month. the total for both loans is $599
i had to take out one to pay back the other. i am in a hole i cant get out of.
i am in kentucky and dont know if the law will say that i have commited check fraud or if they will arrest me for no being able to pay the money.
i am confused and scared. i dont know how i got myself into this mess. i feel like such a failure.
i see why people just give up.

blessed, please register with this site and you will receive some free credit counseling. Also, tell us more about your situation, are these storefront lenders or where they done online, it does make a difference.

hello
they are sore front payday loan sies. i have had o borrow from one to pay he oher. now i am in a real debt hole. i am in disabiliy so i only recieve my ssi and soc.sec benifets. i cant borrow from a bank or lending agency to wipe out the debt because my credit is sososo bad.it was ruined while i was fighting for my disability and when hat finally came through i had to use that $ to pay back relatives and find a place to live. so i just keep getting furher in debt.
i am a a loss as to what to do.

I have 5 storefront loans at one time about 2 years ago. This is what I did....I mailed each of the lenders a certified letter, return receipt recquested explaing that I could not pay the balance due and offering to pay them $25.00 each pay period until I paid them off. All but one was willing to work with me and accepted the terms I suggested. If your disability check is being deposited into your checking account I would see if your bank will change your account number. The storefront lender will most likely still try to cash the check they are holding. What state do you live in?

hi
i am in kentucky and my checks will not be direct deposied ino my bank account i called sos. sec and changed them so i will get a paper check this month. also my bank account is oversrawn $500 so they wont be able to cash the checks

I suggest you try to work out arrangements with them to repay that you can afford.

Can you help me find 2 phone numbers for pay day loans. Paragon and b&l marketing. All pay day loan companies should be shut down. They are nothing but loan sharks.

My contact person at Paragon was Cheri Schuepbach. She was very helpful. We settled on a refund and "PAID IN FULL" after she received my letter.
