You're right. Campos is a top notch law firm per the BBB. We're thrilled they took over our accounts. This is like our mortgage, which has been changed 3 times in the past 2 years, each time by a bigger bank. Same with our cable company. So, we're looking forward to this positive change too.

Can anyone send me information on the class action suit against Mezey n california? I would like to participate. They haveswindled me out of about $4000

They suck I have been paying them for five months 463.00 a month and they have done nothing and know two of my accounts have went into collections. They have created a mess for me in my finances. Don't use them.

Please tell me how to find out about the class action suit too. I am also in California - LA to be exact and they have ruined me!

co'.s owned bt the same husband & wife team. The pleadings of the case is there. the content of the pleadings are abt 95% of what all dmc's tell there customers except what they should have disclosed "up-front". it's false, misleading, & is deceptive. None of the customers ared told this.

I am an attorney that currently has a case pending against Credit Solutions in Federal Court for their business practices.

I have been with Mezey and Assoc. for two years, at first they were great, they settled four of our 18 accounts, then all the sudden, I cannot get return email replies, fax notices go unanswered, and the phone numbers I have are no longer in service. New York and Arizonia information has no listings for them. Mail is returned unopened. After they made the last withdrawal from my account, I stopped payment at the bank hoping it would force someone to call. They currently have over $3000.00 and I figure I will never receive it back or have it applied to a creditors account. I have spoken with an attorney and he basically told me good luck, not much I will be able to do, especially if they have closed all their offices.

We went with Mezey back in 2006. paid them over $14,000. and were sued up the wazoo. They did nothing they said they would and cost us more money. If there is a lawsuit please let me know. I've tried to file complaints with Attorney Gemerals offices and the FBI, Nothing yet.

I used Mezey & Associates back when they were called NDS. The took $6500 from me and NEVER DID ONE THING that they told me they would do. I have filed complaints against them with no outcome. If anyone knows how to contact them, please let me know because while I can't seem to do anything through normal means, I have other ways of dealing with them & simply need an address.

i have just found out they are no longer in business so where is my $6000.00 thy said i am getting #50.00 from my escrow back but they are keeping the rest....for what they did noyhing i got summons they said appear in court.they have done nothing for me sounds like we need to file a class action suit against mezey...they have not told me they went out of business.i found out from a collection agency.

We have been with M&A for almost 2 years. I just found out today that they were out of business. I was instructed to contact the attorney general and find out about any lawsuits pending.

any new news on mezey?
