These Mezey cry babies are being done a dis service by you because, you don't comment on each posting.
From what i am seeing on this board is these people are expecting over night fixes.
I have not seen one posting from someone who went the complete length of his or her program that was not satisfied.
These complaints all seem to me to be from people who dug themselves in to serious credit situations and think they should be fixed with in a few months.
the moderator should be suggesting that they have not given it enough time to work instead you are letting these people steam each other up.
After you read a Mezey contract and see how clearly all the terms are, one would wonder what the complaints are or what grounds a lawyer could find for a class action. Mine clearly states if you drop out the fee is still due. It also says to clearly investigate the attorney with the NY bar association
in New York which I did.

Jz,
You come up with some good points. I do not know each individual's problem. As a moderator,I simply must ensure our board rules are followed. Since I have never been in the unique situation of needing these type of services,I can hardly tell posters where to go for this type of program. Since we are a public board,we allow any comments if it follows rules of the board. Normally I will research a company if requested using my Pacer and Lexis-Nexis accounts. Before you ask,I am not a lawyer. I consider myself an advocate and try to assist where ever I can on this board.

Mezey has a f rating with the better business bureau.they will promise you anything to get you to start paying those's fee's. Once you start paying and relize that they are not fulfilling their promise then the nightmares start......deal with the creditors yourself. Start at 40-50% they will deal with you. Since i was with mezey i myself settled two of the four debts. Now i relize i could have saved myself 5100.00 from dealing with those's liars

i was going to make another comment, but you are just a lost cause loser.see what RD says about you cry babies you scare easy. thats why you don't understand. When Mezey instructed you not to talk to your creditors, obviously he had a reason. "if you stay in a protracted conversation they will intimidate you" when that happens you lose. i am done with this board.

JZ & RD
I am not a pansie, a cry baby, or a loser!
I have NEVER let any collector make me cry or intimidate me. I read the script, stood my ground any time anyone tried to speak to me. I trusted Mezey to handle my debt problems and my trust was 100% until the moment I was told that if a judgement was put against me that I was on my own and they could do nothing to help me. Oh, they offered to lower my monthly payment but the initial fee was not to be adjusted for the judgement that I had to pay. I am not scared nor am I a pansie, I am just disgusted with the lack of ethics. I have read my service agreement quite a few times and in that agreement I was to expect them to make their best effort to settle my debts and that they would promptly respond to my inquiries and concerns. none of which happened, I was in the dark until I was served my first summons and then Mezey and Associates' true incompetence was revealed. Even today I sit and wait for my reserve money to be refunded, I am getting the run around from this company and no one can give me a proper answer to why I am still waiting. They obviously are going to keep their fee and I see it as a live and learn moment in my life, I do have a lawyer and I am in the process of filing bankruptcy, but my personal belief is that this company is no where near having morals or ethics. I will do my best to let Everyone know my story before they trust Mezey and Associates!

send it back and then they will start a investigation against mezey.you can also go online and do it.the city is syosset n.y. this is a start and we all need to start somewhere.i paid 5100 for setup fee's in eight months and made extra deposits of monies and now i have been treated like shit and being pushed out of the program because there was a conflick about one of the accounts.then the rudness and no return phone calls. I settled two of my four debts myself.now i'm trying to recover my money in my resvere account and beinging told different amounts and keep getting the same old story.you will receive it in 3 days.you will receive it in 7-10 days it will take 25 days..the rudness and disrespect from these's people is unheard of.........
