My husband and I are very pleased with the results and thankful our debts are finally getting paid down. We have found the staff to be caring and helpful, which is a stark contrast to the shark creditors that used to harass us.

The creditors only want your money. They don't care about anything else. At the minimums we were paying it would have taken us 30 years or more to get out of debt. So 3 years to get out from under is a big relief! We did't get in this mess overnight and don't expect to get out of it overnight either. So, we can be patient with the process. We just thank God it's off our backs now!

There are a handful of complaints with 1,000's of clients, so it seems to me there's a lot worse ways to go. Bankruptcy sticks you good for a decade on your credit report, but comes up forever on any background searches. We run them on staff applying for jobs and it doesn't go away. So I'm sticking with it and it's working for me. Also I understand it's a few year program and don't need to call customer service all that often anyway, but whenever I do they've been real helpful.

Just got my refund back from my reserve account it was short. Called mezey and ask for account statement of all activity. They said they do not give out statemnts..theses people are a bunch of clowns and the most rude people in n.y. i settled two of the four debts myself.....when i join the program i had 37,000.00 in debt. They told me that i would pay somewhere around 22,000.00. They lied. I paid 31,000.00 not much of a savings that i thought i would have gotten with this program. Stay away from theses scam artists...... Liars, liars....

So far so good! My debts are being settled and customer service is always helpful. I'd highly recommend Mezey and Associates to anyone who overindulged on their credit cards and got in trouble.

Thank God we found M&A! It's a big burden off our backs. We had 2 settlements so far and one was for 35%. So, we're very very happy! All I can say is hang in there, it takes time, but is well worth it.

You guys work for mezey and associates or you are just plain liars...thoses people will never settled a debt for 35%. Look i just finished up with mezey and i settled two of the four debts that i had at a better % rate then mezey did....also mezey had been telling me since feb 1 that you could get on line to check your account. Another lie...i also ask for a statement of my account and all transactions and payout. Their response was we do not send out statements. I ask why because when i received my refund from my reserve account it was short... You still cannot get on line to check your account..you are at their mercy....... Stay away.....they are a nightmare..........

They have their act together and do what they say. The few complaints seem to be from all the same clients who don't want to take repsonsibility for the hole they dug themselves in.
