I applied for a loan with this company and the lady that I have been emailing back and forth does not want to help me out. Her name is Amy Herman. I want to set up some kind of payment arrangements so they can stop debiting my account because I can't afford the bank charges. This lady said in her email that they just can't stop the debits and the debits will continue and I will keep getting charged the $30 NSF fee. What do I do about this company?

I haven't heard of them, but it sounds like the same old stuff. Close your account, open a new one that nobody has the info to. Make sure the bank knows that they are NOT to allow any further debiting from this company on either account; if they do they will be legally liable. TJF will contact you in a heartbeat to get their money, tell them you are willing to work with them IF they provide you with an actual Physical address that you can send certified funds by certified mail to. Do NOT give them your new bank info.
