Their mailing address is in Costa Rica.

BBB gives this address for National Money Store.

National Money Store
Alden, IL 60001
Telephone: (877) 913-7500
Fax: (187) 791-2750 ext. 0

Try this out. It might be one of their offices.

I just called them directly and they gave me their fax number. It is (877) 912-7500.

They would NOT provide a mailing address and would not confirm that they are in Costa Rica...as I suggested to a Laura who I was transferred to after talking to Mindy. I even asked about the Alden, IL address, but they would not provide any information.
