Hey I got a refund check for $60.00 from Payday Services. I hope it doesn't bounce!

Nice job!!! Don't deposit it in your account..Take it to the grocery store and cash it there. Better to be safe than sorry!!

Question - did you send them a letter because you over paid? what state do you live in? Just wondering
how you went about it?

Yipee! Great job, quietrain! I agree w/ fins..Don't deposit it in your bank in case they try to trick you to get your account info.

Did you also have to sign a Confidential Settlement Agreement? I had to before one company would send me a refund and mark my account "PAID IN FULL" although they didn't agree that I had overpaid according to my State's laws, they agreed to release me.
