I took a loan out from this company 2 months ago...Had problems with my bank and called them over 10 times since then and always get "there are no managers available" then today I get a call at my job on a recorded line being informed that I'm being threatened with legal action because I refused to pay the loan back or get in contact with them. The creditor informed me that he has to have $580 by 3pm today. Psycho! First of all I don't know who you are, second I'm NOT paying $580 on a $225 loan!!!! So he told me to get my attorney because I was going to be going to court. Oh also he told me that people would come to my place of employment and my home to obtain the money

Do everything in writing with VC Funding. Since you are not able to talk with someone in the company, they will hold this point against you and say that you never made any payment arrangements with them in case they intend to proceed with the matter. You should also ask for you loan copy so that you can review the actual standing of this account. You will pay what you actually owe, not something they are saying without proof. Meanwhile, check the laws of your state for the legal charges and compare it with their statement.

Passion this man informed me that i cannot contact VC funding because the will not respond to my questions or my calls. This man told me to call him back. I'm waiting for him to call me after the way he threatened me then I'm going to tell him I want it in writing. everything he claims i owe. If not... he isn't getting a penny

I looked at the contract. It was something mailed to me. Nothing in there stating about legal action. Just that the finance fee is $60. Illegal!!!!!! Well I'll call him saturday but I will tell him I want proof of the amount in writing. On letterhead. If he can't provide that he can send the court papers.
