Internet's first get-out-of-debt community - 136,000 members

I need to find out if any of these PDL's are licensed to lend in Texas and dictating the laws here

Currently

Mycashnow
GECC (Cash direct express)
CTC ( Cash Transfer Center)( suppose to be out of Canada)
GFI ( Global Financial I know they are out of the UK)
ameriloan - I called them after I sent a cerfied letter and was told they wrote the account off but I need an email for them as they have yet to send me a PIF letter

Mycashnow is working with T & C so they have not been so bad but it is CTC and the others that wont respond

Check with your local Department of Commerce. They have the details of all the companies licensed in your state. There may be some companies that you won't find officially listed, but your state may have the provision to provide information about the out-of state �businesses. Do take the help of Dept of Commerce.
