Anyone have any suggestions? I have sent them a letter by mail, e-mail & Fax revoking wage assignment and revoking ACH's and Also stating I am not to be contacted at work under no circumstances. I gave them my e-mail address and my cell phone number. So, they call me at work today! Great! I re-emailed my letter and put in bold print not to contact me at work that I have given them two other means of getting a hold of me and that should be enough.

Cash Today will not listen and honor your written requests. And, they are not bound by any federal laws to do it. Call them and know what they intend to do in future. Frame your plans while you talk with them. At this time, I can only advise you with this until someone puts a better suggestion.

Their linked with Interim Cash and one other name...Their based in the UK, so they won't abide by the docs you're sending them. Interim wouldn't even take notice of my emails. It's difficult to block their debits to your acct. as well. You can either talk to your bank to try and block their debits, or open a new acct. elsewhere. I have never seen anyone on here post that they had their wages garnished by a UK company, so I wouldn't worry about that too much, just the bank situation.
