I have written letters to three of my pdl companies
Cash Today ltd, Paragon, M1YDirect and I have also faxed them letters. See I had my checking account Frozen because of all of the withraws I just could not do it anymore plus Cash Today Ltd kept on taking money out of my account when I told them over 1 month ago to pay off the 200.00 loan. So, All of the ACH's were returned to them Account Frozen they all know about them but they are not responding to my letters.
The only thing I keep on getting from them is e-mails about my account being frozen and to take care of the matter with my bank. I have asked Cash Today LTD several times not to call me at work I have also put in in writing 3 times and they still call.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately, you have to bother dealing with CTL and other loan companies. Most people don't have good experiences working with these companies. I hope someone here has some good advice for you. Try to reach the supervisor of CTL and explain the situation. Tell him that you are interested in settling the account in a fair way. I truly hope things get better for you after a while.
