I joined today and called the 800 number just wondered how long till a reply comes

Welcome  Did you fill out the form about your debt and phone,etc.? I'm not able to give you a specific time frame when they will call,but someone will contact you.Good Luck...Karen

Hi Tony
Usually, the counselor in your area takes 24 to 48 hrs to place the call to you. I see you registered today, so someone will give you a call back soon.

I have that same question Tony. I completed the registration and requested counseling help yesterday; however, I put my home telephone number on the application. I am at work most of the day and I cannot get back into that form to give my work number without it telling me that my email address in already being used and to use another email address. What can I do. I really am looking forward to some type of answers for my payday loan situation. My employer is all over me about bad debts, but these life circumstances I've been through just couldn't be helped. I sincerely want to work out this payday loan mess because another payday is coming up quick and I just don't know where to turn or what to do.

Mary, the counselor will call at your home phone. In case, you are unavailable there, he will leave a message for you to call back at the number. Also, check your email. The name of the consolidation company to offer you the free counseling is sent in your email. So, you can get an idea about the company for the counseling.
