Hello I have to much debt and not enough to repay. I have tryed to go to Debt Consolidation company's and they want huge! repayment to my crediter's more then I am paying know. Is there any way that I can do this on my own? I am really stressed about all of this and need lots of help. I tryed talking to them on the phone (my crediter) and they are helpfull. They all call me about 15-20 times every day saturday and sunday's too. they start at 7:59 am and they don't stop till 9:00... What to due? tryed to go bankrupt and I was turned down if that is possible because I did not want to include my house or my cars. What to do please help!!!

ive applyed for a marcys card and i could not get it because of my credit the only thing i put in my name was a at&t house phone in my name
i want to know how can u put a stop on the person who's using my name and put them im jail for acking like they are me can u please help me with my problem because im getting so angry that i can even check my credit cause of this

Doren..please check in the forum called "idenity theft" I am sure there are poeple there that can answer your questions. Did you pull a copy of your credit report to see what's there??
