I was told today that having more than 2 PDLs is a felony, Is that true? If so i have a problem

Don't pay any mind that crazy talk. Nobody goes to jail over payday loans. If that were the case, the jails in Kentucky would be bursting at the seams.

this is the link to the laws in KY.
Licensees can have there license suspended for having more than one loan out to a consumer, but I cannot see any penalties against a consumer.

am learning alot more just by researching these Predatory Lenders. They will lie about anything. As I learn more I will keep passing it on. Hang In there all you "PREY" I will keep you informed from Kentucky, And if you are on Social Security I may be able to help answer some of your questions. Before I was disabled I had a good paying job and was about $60k debt with credit cards and since I was "Judgement Proof" all were charged off. I know that its not good but if you are legally disabled what good is credit anymore.

I'm not so sure about judgement proof,my son is being sued over an auto accident,and he is on permanent disabliity...Karen

Please search web for "Legal Aid" in your state and also debtors rights. If you dont have anything what can they take. They CANNOT TAKE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK!!!

Thanks Ari  Some jer off was flying down the road in a residential street,my son was in an apt. complex drive-way going to turn right. The dip stick was so far over on my sons' side,that my son wasn't even out of the drive-way and got his hub cap. Plus he didn't want him to call cops,he did anyway,and he just left and went to his apt. Course he was yelling,hurt back,hurt back,grabbed his groceries and left. He got a dented hub cap,our car was worse. The ins. agency(ours)denied his claim because he was left of center,and so this jerk gets an ambulance-chasing lawyer and is suing him. Makes me want to scream-and now my son is terribly upset and I'm having to keep an eye on him-Jeeze-...Karen

You know, as much as I would like to be financially set, I still can't help but have a beef with stereotypical rich asswipes. They take everything for granted, have everything handed to them, and take the liberty to just piss all over everyone less rich than them. If I get a job with the IRS, drop me their names in my pm and I will audit them from one end to the other!
