I have sent letters to 3 internet PDL lenders Paragon,
M1Ydirect and cash today ltd I did this approx. 3 weeks ago and to date have not received and e-mail or a phone call nothing! any suggestions or has anyone experienced this before?

Have you defaulted on them?

Yes I have defaulted on them they are internet loans
My bank account has been frozen because a lot of the withdraws were going thru to often. I sent them letters explaining to them how much I had paid over what period of time and quoted the laws in my state of Arizona and requested them not to debit my account any further, to revoke any wage assignments and not to call me at work. But even though my account is frozen they keep on trying to take money out all different amounts some more and some less than the origianl fee.

OK, in this situation you need to talk with your bank. Every company has a code which can be tracked by the bank when a payment is done. If the user code of that company is blocked, they can't take out any further money from your account even after using different amounts. You need to explain your bank about this.
