They are crooks, I defaulted on my PDL with them along with the others I have and I am working with T & C However one minute they tell me that they will work with T & C and the next time they call me they tell me that they wont and I need to send payment,

WEll T & C already sent you a payment I told them, Thier response was well it has to go to several different places before we see it to post it to your account, SO I ask the guy well why dont you give me your physical address where you are since you are the one always calling me about this and we can get rid of the middle man BS and the payment can be sent right to your location and physical address, He refused to give me one and said no it would be fine the way it is and that he wouldnt bother me about it anymore, Just continue to make the payments, However They tell me they will only charge me the one time finance charge which I paid I pulled my old bank account and they are still trying to send it through that account that is closed DUH you wont get any money that way!!
But when I look online it showes I owe $1700 for a 600 loan, I will fight them over this issue and they had better not report this to my credit or it is ON!

Thanks for listening Yall

I have had no response to the complaints I have filed with the AG or the certified letters I sent as of yet

Thanks for the update txtreasure. Watch out for those bums!
They will continue to try and hit your closed account in order to rack up additional charges...this is where it gets real stinky!
